This week, we have the privilege of commissioning

two of our own members for the work that God has called them to do

at Rift Valley Academy in Kenya, Africa. In Acts 13:2-3, the Holy

Spirit told the church at Antioch to set apart Barnabas and Paul

for the work of the gospel. So, the church laid hands on them and

sent them out as missionaries. I imagine that it was a great

celebration. For all of us at WCC, this Sunday will be a

celebration. We will celebrate what God has done in Chad &

Ashley's lives, and then commission them to go out and be an

extension of WCC to the world. I'm always excited to see you on

Sundays, but this week I'm especially excited! Together, we will

send off our own for the work of the gospel. I can't wait to see

you then!
